I want your experience of dealing with Cook with Gem by You Say Tomato to be as easy and pleasurable as possible. In the event of any problem please contact me directly. Your feedback is important to me and I will do my best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

I will not share your data with anyone else. Your email address will be used to give you updates on when new materials and events are available in the members only site and to send you the monthly You Say Tomato newsletter.

By submitting a payment through this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

If you do not accept these terms and the services detailed on members.cookwithgem.com, please do not proceed with the submission of your payment.

When you purchase a course or membership from members.cookwithgem.com, you will get access to the members area of the website, the materials it contains as well as access to the private Facebook Group and Instagram page for the length of your course or membership. You may download PDFs to use at any time.

An annual membership will automatically continue after the end of the year. You may cancel your annual subscription at any time after the first year. A monthly membership will automatically take payment every month. You may cancel a monthly membership at any time.

Although we don’t think you’ll ever want a refund, we will gladly refund your purchase if it’s requested within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be given after 7 days from the initial purchase or joining date under any circumstances.

You may not pass on or sell any materials from Cook with Gem onto a third party unless by prior agreement.

The price you pay when you join is the price you will continue to pay for the length of your membership. If you cancel and rejoin, you will pay the current advertised price which may be higher.

Cook with Gem reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, our products or subscriptions or amend prices of all products or subscriptions, including monthly or annual subscription fees, at any time with or without notice. All prices are in GBP.
